Molly Hudson
Molly Hudson is a Mental Health Clinician in Massachusetts working toward licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). She works with individuals ages 16 and older on a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and autism. Molly has specialized experience supporting teens with autism, young adults navigating identity and life transitions, EMDR for trauma, and women’s issues. She welcomes individuals of all identities and backgrounds into a safe, inclusive, and affirming space.
Molly utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. She tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients, whether processing past trauma, building coping skills, or navigating daily challenges.
Molly believes that therapy can be a place of warmth, connection, and even humor—an environment where healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy. Her clients often describe her as down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and a great listener who creates a judgment-free space. She places strong value on the therapeutic relationship, knowing that trust, respect, and authenticity are key to growth. Molly’s goal is to offer a safe and supportive environment where clients can express their truest selves, feel understood, and explore new paths forward with confidence and compassion.
