Lisa Gergely
Lisa Gergely is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with a diverse background in behavioral therapy, life coaching, and psychoeducation. She is committed to helping individuals and families improve their quality of life through a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy.
Lisa works one-on-one with a wide range of clients, primarily adults aged 20 and older, addressing issues such as parenting and relationship challenges, career coaching, depression, anxiety, OCD, grief, and family dynamics.
Lisa holds a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University, a Master of Communications from the University of Denver, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. She brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and communication skills to her practice, helping clients navigate both personal and professional challenges with a compassionate and strategic approach.
