Leah Huling
Leah Huling is a Mental Health Clinician working toward licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts. She has experience supporting individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan in a variety of settings, including community mental health, schools, outpatient clinics, and group practices.
Grounded in a deep belief in human resilience, Leah brings warmth, empathy, curiosity, and—when appropriate—a sense of humor to the therapy space. Whether working with individuals or couples, she fosters a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can strengthen communication, break unhelpful patterns, process past wounds, and build more meaningful relationships with themselves and with others.
Leah specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, interpersonal relationship challenges, and couples therapy. She takes an integrative, person-centered approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and Emotion-Focused Therapy, tailoring her work to meet the unique needs of each client or couple.
She holds dual master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology from William James College and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire.
Leah welcomes clients wherever they are in their journey and encourages anyone considering therapy to take that first step—growth begins with simply showing up.
