Cylie Wieck

Cylie is a mental health clinician working toward licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts. She is particularly passionate about supporting young adults navigating through OCD and anxiety disorders. Cylie also works with individuals experiencing life transitions, relationship challenges, and struggles related to self-esteem and identity. She takes an empowering, collaborative approach - helping clients move toward greater self understanding and resilience.

Cylie draws from experience in a range of clinical settings, including intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization programs (PHP), group practices and a CBT focused treatment center. Her style is warm, empathetic, and human. She believes therapy should be a space where people can show up fully as themselves, and she strives to create that safety by showing up authentically as well. With compassion and some humor, she works to build meaningful therapeutic relationships where clients feel seen, supported and empowered.

Cylie received her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University in Chicago, and her Bachelors Degree from the University of Nebraska. In her clinical work, Cylie incorporates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also brings a relational lens to her work, exploring how early experiences and relationships influence current patterns and emotional experiences. She uses these frameworks to help clients better understand their thoughts and behaviors, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward living a more values-aligned life – one centered on what truly matters to them.
