
Chloe Copelas
Chloe Copelas is a Mental Health Clinician working towards her licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Providence College, and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Merrimack College. Chloe has experience working with children and adults across the lifespan in community health outpatient centers, hospitals, and in special education. She has experience working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, agoraphobia, substance use disorders, chronic illnesses/ significant medical diagnoses, bipolar disorders, OCD, psychosis, LGBTQ+ issues, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Chloe likes to begin a session using a client-centered approach. She utilizes various modalities, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Grief Counseling, Trauma Informed Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Chloe strives to help individuals get back on their feet by supporting them in coping with difficult emotions, building confidence, and cultivating self-compassion while rediscovering a sense of purpose. She helps clients explore and reconnect with what gives their lives meaning, guiding them toward lives that feel happy, healthy, and fulfilling. She offers a safe, supportive space where clients can open up at their own pace and process challenging thoughts and memories without pressure. Chloe views therapy as a collaborative process, empowering clients to take the lead and shape each session in a way that feels most meaningful and productive for them.
