Anna Duggan
Anna is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts who specializes in
working with adolescents & adults navigating anxiety disorders, major life transitions, body
image concerns, and disordered eating. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space
where clients can explore their lived experiences, deepen self understanding and make
meaningful changes in their lives.

work to each client while drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response
Prevention (ERP). Through these evidenced based frameworks Anna combines both practical
skill building with deeper psychological exploration.
Anna holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marist University and a
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of the South. She has worked with young
adults and adults across various therapeutic settings including an intensive outpatient program
for dual diagnoses and a university counseling center.
