Isabella Odams
Isabella Odams is a Master’s Level Mental Health Therapist who is working towards obtaining licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts. She received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Regis College, and went on to get her Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from William James College.
Isabella has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in various community mental health settings, including outpatient and residential behavioral health locations. Her experience working alongside individuals with severe mental disorders, as well as working with all age groups, has provided her with the tools to support each of her clients and navigate challenges. She has extensive experience working with anxiety disorders, depression, everyday stressors, and relationship conflicts. She specializes in working with young adults and couples.
Isabella is aware that therapy can be vulnerable, so she strives to promote a space that is free of judgment, and that each individual feels heard. The therapeutic relationship and helping clients overcome their various challenges is very important to Isabella. She promotes personal growth, strengths, and coping skills when working with clients.
Isabella utilizes multiple treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness based therapies, and client centered therapy.
